HOW IT WORKS

When you subscribe, you can order the monthly renewing subscription which means it will automatically renew every month, this is NOT a one time purchase. Or order the 3-month option to save on each box. If you order the monthly option your subscription will renew automatically on the 26th, you’re free to cancel anytime or upgrade to save some dough.

Just in case you’re not familiar with subscription boxes here are a couple quick tips:
• If you purchase the monthly Bout Betties bag you’ll get a bag every month until you cancel. No need to purchase a bag every month, or you’ll just end up with multiple subscriptions.
• We ship one bag a month, they ship around the 16th & usually arrive on your doorstep 2-3 business days later.😻

CAN I GIVE A BOUT BETTIES BAG AS A GIFT?

Heck yea! You have 2 options, you can either buy a gift card or you can purchase a subscription for your gift recipient. If you choose to purchase a subscription you can choose (at checkout) whether you’d like the subscription to renew or end after the term purchased.

I HAVE THINGS TO SAY, WHERE CAN I GIVE FEEDBACK?

We’re always down to hear your feedback & comments on past bags! How else do we make Bout Betties the best damn roller derby subscription out there?!? We love hearing from our subscribers, so feel free to send any & all feedback to support@boutbetties.com. If you have any issues with your subscription we want to hear about it, we do our very best to ensure that our subscribers are happy campers! So please shoot us an email if you have any problems so that we can try to remedy any situation that may occur.
On the other hand if you happen to love your box so much that you can’t contain yourself, please please please leave us a review, we love to hear your excitement!

A BAG EVERY MONTH IS TOO MUCH, WHAT CAN I DO?

We’re so glad you asked! You can always head over to your account profile & skip a month if you’re out of town or a little light on cash. It’s the perfect way to take a break without having to completely cancel your subscription.

I'VE MOVED, RECEIVED A NEW CREDIT CARD, OR MY SIZES HAVE CHANGED. CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT?

Of course! Log in to your account & click “edit” on the subscription you want to update. You can then make any changes you’d like to your subscription, just make sure to select every option available (even if that option isn’t changing). Then you can click “save”, and your subscription will be updated immediately. Make sure to make all changes the week before shipping day, which is the 16th of each month. If you make changes on shipping day they won’t take effect until your next billing cycle. If last minute changes need to be made we can try our best to update these changes, just shoot us an email. Unfortunately we can’t always guarantee it.

I CANCELED MY PREVIOUS SUBSCRIPTION, NOW I WANT TO SIGN BACK UP. DO I PURCHASE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION?

We’re happy to have you back with us! You can actually just Reactivate your old subscription. Sign in to your account here and click “Reactivate” under the subscription section. There you can also make any necessary size changes, product changes, or term changes.

BILLING

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew on the 26th of every term. Your monthly subscription will auto-renew on the 26th of every single month unless you skip by the11 pm EST on the 25th of the month. Your 3-month subscription will auto-renew every 3rd month on the 26th.
As long as you subscribed before the 15th of the month your bag will be shipped out the week of the 16th, excluding weekends & holidays. Sometimes we sell out earlier so be sure to follow us on Instagram & Facebook to make sure there are still spots left.
We make sure to keep our followers up to date on shipping day & other sneak peeks. So head over to our home page, & scroll all the way to the bottom to sign up for email updates & follow us on social media.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

The monthly subscription is $25/month plus shipping (renews automatically EVERY month)
The 3-month subscription is $72 (renews automatically EVERY 3 months)

*Choose the 3-month subscription to save a little extra each month!

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We’re sorry to see you go! There are no commitments when you subscribe. Cancel anytime, we totally understand! You can also skip a month if you’d rather just take a break & get back to it the next month. Just log into your customer account click “edit” on the subscription tab to skip a month or cancel. Easy Peasy! Shoot us an email at support@boutbetties.com if you have any trouble, we’re happy to help you out. We’ll still have nothin’ but derby love for you.

SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do! Unfortunately, free shipping will not be included for international shipments. For shipments to Canada, it costs about $10.50.
Please understand that International shipping including APO address’ take a bit longer to be delivered, they can take anywhere from a week and a half to about 3 weeks. If you haven’t received your box after 3 weeks please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to locate your shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Be sure to update your shipping address by the 13th of the month to ensure correct delivery. We tend to sell out, if your box is returned due to an incorrect shipping address & not by fault of Bout Betties, your payment will be refunded & will go to the next person on the waitlist. We want to make sure that everyone gets their boxes each month but can not afford to pay for shipping multiple times.
If your box is returned due to an error on your address & you’d still like to receive that months box, please reach out to us ASAP so that we can send you a link to purchase a new shipping label.

INCORRECT INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

If your box is returned due to an incorrect International address & not by fault of Bout Betties, your payment will be refunded minus the shipping charges already applied. Your box will then go to the next person on the waitlist.

I MUST HAVE IT! CAN I TRACK MY BOX?!

Heck yea you can! We ship USPS First Class Mail so on the 16th keep an eye out for an email notifying you of the mail wizards heading your way! If you didn’t receive your tracking email feel free to shoot us a message & we can be sure to get that for you!

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

Due to the extreme savings offered in our boxes, we are unable to process returns or refunds for boxes that have already been received. Please cancel your subscription before the 25th of the month if you do not wish to receive future boxes. If you paid for a 3-month subscription & you wish to cancel, you can unsubscribe by logging into your account to cancel, but the remainder of your pre-paid subscription will be fulfilled.

MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

I NEED TO UPDATE MY MARKETPLACE ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If a purchase was made in error or you need to make an update to your order be sure to reach out to the vendor you purchased your item from. There will be a delay if you email Bout Betties rather than the actual vendor. Which may lead to your order being sent out before your updates have been made.

MISC.

CAN MY TEAM BE NEXT FOR YOUR MONTHLY DONATIONS?

Sorry but our monthly donation is random & teams can’t apply to win, but it’s definitely possible that your team could win next month. All we require is that your team be any of the following: WFTDA league, WFTDA apprentice league, RDCL, JRDA, Renegade, USARS or Made league. Emails won’t sway us to choose your team, where’s the random fun in that?!

I HAVE AN AWESOME PRODUCT THAT WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOUR BOX, HOW CAN I GET IT IN?

Yay! We love hearing about new products that we can possibly add to future boxes. Shoot us an email to support@boutbetties.com with a description of the products & a link to your website. If you don’t have a website no worries, just make sure to send pictures of your product.
