Shipping Policy
Stickers
Stickers are shipped first class mail within 3 business days. Tracking is not available for stickers, but if you have a problem with your order, email me at derbdesigns@gmail.com and I will make it right for you.
Apparel and Accessories
Apparel and Accessories are custom printed "on demand." Production times are currently longer than normal due to COVID-19 closures and range from 5-20 days. Tracking numbers will be provided for all non-sticker purchases.
Refund Policy

For stickers I will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
For apparel and accessories, since they are custom printed to order, I generally cannot issue refunds or exchanges except in the case of defective product, however, however I may be able to issue a partial store credit
